Full Stack Engineer AI

About the role

We are looking for a visionary and hands‑on Microsoft AI Lead to drive our Applied AI capability within the Microsoft Full Stack AI (FDE) practice. The role will own strategy, delivery, and growth across five AI pillars, delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, defining best practices with the Copilot SDK, Graph connectors and Teams AI Library.
• Architect multi‑agent solutions using Azure AI Agent Service, Semantic Kernel and AutoGen, creating orchestration patterns for complex AI workflows.
• Drive client engagements on Azure AI Foundry, building accelerators, fine‑tuning models and advising on model selection from the catalogue (OpenAI, Meta, Mistral, Phi).
• Oversee adoption programs, change‑management and ROI maximisation for Copilot implementations.
• Develop reusable assets, stay current with model offerings and ensure compliance with responsible AI governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML leadership or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value for regulated‑industry clients.
• Strong executive communication, client relationship management and commercial acumen (deal structuring, SOW, contract negotiation).

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Agent Service, AutoGen frameworks, Graph connectors and Teams AI Library.
• Solid understanding of LLM architectures, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, Azure Machine Learning and model governance tooling.
