About the role

Join the vibrant breakfast team at Pullman London St Pancras and be the first friendly face guests see each morning. As a full‑time Breakfast Waiter you will deliver energetic, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced bar and restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take breakfast orders efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and timing meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and address guest requests.
• Handle payment transactions and issue receipts accurately.
• Support the team during lunch service and assist with any additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Extroverted, energetic and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Clear and confident communication with guests and team members.
• Enjoys a supportive, high‑energy team environment.
