About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Multi‑Skilled Team Member to welcome guests, manage the reception desk and support bar and restaurant operations in one of our Accor hotels in the UK. You will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring a warm, personalised experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures and promote the brand image.
- Provide a single point of contact for guests, addressing enquiries and resolving feedback efficiently.
- Promote and enrol guests in the Accor ALL loyalty programme.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve guests, maintain table settings and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events and support buffet preparation.
- Flexibly switch between reception and F&B duties according to hotel occupancy.
- Prepare necessary daily documentation and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Required profile
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom with a valid work visa.
- Friendly, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
