About the role

Join a dynamic, travel‑focused team in Edinburgh as a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor. You will assist customers with travel enquiries across multiple channels, delivering fast, empathetic solutions while representing a leading travel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve travel‑related issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current promotions, policies, and product information.
• Participate in team huddles, projects, and continuous‑learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working to KPIs and targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated, adaptable and eager to develop professionally.

Required skills

• Fast, accurate typing for handling multiple web chats.
