German-speaking Travel Consultant – Luxury Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a professional, motivated German‑speaking Travel Consultant to join our luxury lifestyle management team in London. The role involves providing first‑class service to premium cardholder customers, handling enquiries, and arranging bespoke travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Advising premium cardholder customers in German and English via phone and email.
• Handling enquiries from quote preparation to invoicing and booking travel services.
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels and travel agencies and preparing bespoke itineraries.
• Promoting and selling special promotions and exclusive luxury offers.

Required profile

• Fluent German and English (C2 level), additional French or Italian a plus.
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in tourism.
• Several years’ experience in the travel industry, preferably with a tour operator or travel agency.
• Strong knowledge of destinations and ability to work under pressure.
