German‑Speaking Travel Consultant – Luxury Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Travel Consultant to join our luxury lifestyle management team in London. You will provide premium card‑holder customers with expert advice and personalised travel solutions in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Advise premium customers via telephone and email in German and English.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotes, and manage invoicing for individual trips.
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies.
• Prepare bespoke travel documents, itineraries and detailed quotes.
• Recommend and arrange exclusive travel experiences, gastronomy, events and cultural activities.
• Promote and sell special promotions and exclusive offers.

Required profile

• Fluent German and English (C2 level); additional French or Italian is a plus.
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in tourism.
• Several years of experience in the travel industry with a tour operator or travel agency.
• Strong knowledge of destinations and luxury lifestyle services.
• Service‑oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure and align with company values.
• Willingness to work full‑time (minimum 80%) with flexible hours, Sunday‑to‑Thursday shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Global Distribution System, preferably Amadeus.
