About the role
As the Global Brand Media Manager at COS, you will shape and execute the worldwide brand media strategy, driving brand awareness and delivering the brand point of view across all markets. Based in the Marketing & Communications team and reporting to the Head of Media & Strategy, you will ensure consistency, impact, and alignment of media activities globally.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and steer brand media channel strategies—including Paid Social, Display, OOH, and CTV—to meet business objectives and paid‑media KPIs.
- Maintain global execution standards, create best‑practice playbooks, and ensure brand POV is reflected in all media.
- Review regional upper‑ and mid‑funnel paid media activities for alignment with the global strategy.
- Support regional teams with strategic guidance, tools, and tactical assistance.
- Collaborate with Global Creative, Regional Paid Media, and agency partners to deliver fit‑for‑purpose assets.
- Monitor brand safety, enforce quality standards, and ensure 100% safe delivery across paid touchpoints.
- Analyse brand health and media data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and share learnings across markets.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in paid media within a large premium brand or agency environment.
- Deep technical expertise in upper‑funnel brand‑building channels (Paid Social, Display, OOH, CTV).
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Proven ability to develop global best practices and guide cross‑functional teams.
