About the role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a passionate beauty enthusiast to join its Global Product Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will help shape the brand’s innovation strategy by turning consumer insights into compelling product concepts and stories.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse consumer, category and competitor data from internal sources, external research, social listening and trend platforms.
- Distil complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product innovation and strategic decisions.
- Monitor global beauty trends—from K‑beauty to emerging indie brands—to identify white‑space opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Produce insight reports, presentations and innovation briefs with a strong consumer narrative.
- Collaborate with NPD, Packaging and Artistry teams to translate insights into market‑ready product concepts.
Required profile
- Consumer‑centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and rigor.
- Strong analytical ability and passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, globally distributed team.
