Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Property Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join Virtus Talent’s property recruitment team in London. You will work closely with senior managers to source and place top talent for leading real‑estate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by targeting property firms and building a pipeline of client accounts.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, phone outreach and networking events.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and senior consultants to meet monthly billing targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with at least 6 months of sales or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to achieve high earnings.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
