Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham

About the role

We are looking for ambitious graduates to join our Birmingham office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You will receive a 12‑week structured training programme and start earning uncapped commission from day one while developing expertise in sectors such as HR, Legal, Finance, Social Housing, Property Management or Tech.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Consult clients on hiring strategies and provide market insights.
• Source, screen and match talent to specialist roles within your sector.
• Meet targets in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any discipline, preferably with experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence, resilience and a strong ambition to progress.
• Self‑motivated with a solid work ethic and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Team‑player who thrives in a target‑driven setting.
