Graduate Trainee – Wealth Management (Hybrid, London)

About the role

This entry‑level graduate trainee position is with a boutique, independent wealth management firm in the City of London. You will start in Adviser Support, gaining hands‑on experience across pensions, investments and protection while working closely with advisers serving high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with third‑party providers.
• Onboard new business and ensure all documentation meets FCA compliance standards.
• Prepare client‑meeting documentation using the FE Analytics platform.
• Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and experience develop.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to start at the bottom and progress through a traditional IFA structure.
• Previous internship or work experience in wealth management or a related field.

Required skills

• FE Analytics (platform for client documentation).
