About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Group Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency by providing high-level support to our People and Finance departments, acting as a central pillar for the company's daily administration.
Main Missions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People and Finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage secure and accurate data entry, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
- Offer dedicated administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage corporate events and cultural initiatives to foster a positive company environment.
- Oversee the organization and documentation of legal and financial files.
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and minute-taking.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive legal and financial information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives and diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data management.
