Group Finance Manager – High‑Growth Consumer Business

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing international consumer business to appoint a Group Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will help build the finance infrastructure needed for a complex, multi‑entity operation and gain exposure across control, audit, tax, treasury and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial controls and prepare for the group’s first statutory audit.
• Consolidate multi‑entity results and produce international reporting for UK, US and European entities.
• Manage UK, US and European tax compliance in partnership with external advisers.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, treasury and cash management.
• Drive stock accounting, SKU reporting and cost‑of‑goods visibility.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and channel profitability analysis.
• Improve finance systems, data flows and process efficiency.
• Implement automation and practical AI/LLM solutions within finance.
• Conduct commercial analysis across retail, wholesale, marketplaces and D2C channels.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a strong technical foundation.
• Proven experience in financial control, reporting and audit.
• Background in consumer, e‑commerce, retail or wholesale environments.
• Multi‑entity and/or international finance exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to improve systems and processes.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and technology‑enabled finance.
