Head of Conference (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Conference who is fluent in French to own the operational standards of every private‑equity conference we run. Based in our London headquarters, you will manage the end‑to‑end execution of ten European conferences each year, ensuring flawless venues, suppliers, on‑site teams and attendee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research, select and negotiate with suppliers for event add‑ons, branding materials and other requirements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
• Oversee venue logistics, on‑site staffing and day‑of execution.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align conference content with business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and comfortable taking ownership of a high‑visibility function.
• Passion for private‑equity industry and event excellence.
