Head of Creative - Paid Social

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Creative – Paid Social to lead the creation, testing and scaling of our direct‑to‑consumer creative for Ash, our AI mental‑health therapist. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own the weekly experiment loop, turning product and audience insights into high‑performing paid‑social assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and iterate weekly hypothesis‑driven A/B tests for paid‑social creative.
• Build a repeatable system for testing cadence, angle library, and user‑generated language.
• Write hooks, headlines, overlays and scripts in the voice of the scrolling user.
• Brief and coach multiple creators, evaluate their output and, when needed, produce content yourself.
• Collaborate with media buyers, read KPI dashboards and challenge buying decisions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on creator who can produce assets using AI tools, Figma and CapCut.
• Background in paid‑social creative (or creative moving toward paid) with a strong sense of performance copy.
• Experience writing and testing performance copy for consumer subscription products.
• Passion for mental‑health and ability to articulate that motivation.
