Head of Finance – Venture Capital

About the role
You will join a modern, FCA‑regulated venture‑capital platform that gives investors access to private markets. The business is high‑growth and profitable, and you will become the number one finance professional, succeeding a fractional CFO. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will lead the next phase of growth, including the first CASS audit.
Key responsibilities
- Financial control and reporting
- Client money and CASS regulatory reporting
- Fund and SPV accounting
- Treasury and payments management
Required profile
- Qualified accountant with a regulated background
- Hands‑on experience handling client money
- Motivation to work in a high‑growth venture‑capital environment
