Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead LSBF’s commercial marketing efforts in the UK. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape the international marketing strategy, drive student recruitment and corporate training growth, and work closely with a high‑performing team based in India.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute LSBF’s UK marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee content creation, social media, and multi‑channel campaigns, using tools such as Pardot and Salesforce.
• Lead performance marketing and optimise lead generation and pipeline quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with sales to improve conversion.
• Build strong internal relationships across a complex ecosystem to enhance brand visibility.
• Inspire, mentor and develop an international marketing team.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leader with experience in higher education, professional training or certification sectors.
• Proven ability to manage international teams and work with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic, autonomous and hands‑on, able to drive initiatives independently.
• Passionate about AI‑driven marketing and innovative tools.
