Head of New Business Development – Residential (Fractional/Consulting)

About the role

This fractional Business Development Consultant role is focused on multi‑unit residential sellers. You will help launch a brand‑new revenue channel for a confidential property business, shaping strategy and driving results from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for two innovative residential propositions.
• Identify and engage developers, investors, funds, family offices, landlords and asset managers with vacant or underperforming residential assets.
• Generate new business opportunities and close deals for flexible income solutions and multi‑agency style sales.
• Build and nurture a network of introducers such as investment agents, finance lenders and insolvency advisers.
• Report progress and results, positioning yourself for a long‑term senior leadership role.

Required profile

• Strong, established relationships with residential developers and decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of originating new business in the residential property sector.
• Deep understanding of development finance, new‑home projects and bulk sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
