Head of Product & Delivery

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, stealth‑mode fintech building a next‑generation financial services platform. As Head of Product & Delivery you will own the full product lifecycle, turning market opportunities into a clear roadmap and delivering high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall product strategy and vision, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized product roadmap with measurable KPIs and success metrics.
• Lead product discovery, customer research, validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, establishing effective processes across product, engineering, design and other stakeholders.
• Manage scope, prioritisation, resources, dependencies, risks and delivery trade‑offs.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, to high standards and with measurable business outcomes.
• Act as the senior product voice across the organisation, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in product management within financial services, payments, digital banking or fintech platforms.
• Proven ability to work with founders, engineering, design and commercial teams to translate vision into execution.
• Comfortable discussing strategy with leadership, technical requirements with engineers and challenging delivery priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on revenue, scalability and operational efficiency.
