HGV Class 2 Driver – Tipper

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, permanent Tipper Driver to operate 8‑wheel HGVs, transporting aggregates and waste between sites in the Fareham area. The role offers a stable schedule with guaranteed hours and the opportunity to contribute to our recycling and waste‑management goals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 (Category C) tipper vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport aggregates and waste between designated sites, adhering to route plans.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle logs.
• Comply with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in weekend overtime as required to meet service demands.

Required profile

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant driving experience, preferably with tipper or muckaway vehicles.
• Professional attitude with a focus on safety.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £12.75, rising to £14.00 from 06‑Apr‑2026.
• Potential gross earnings over £39,240 per year with overtime.
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week, minimum 10‑hour shifts.
