HGV Delivery Driver

About the role

We are looking for a dependable and proactive HGV driver to join our busy Chalford branch. The role involves delivering building materials to local customers, maintaining the vehicle fleet, assisting with loading and unloading, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver building materials to local sites on schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicle paperwork and compliance documents are up to date.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

Required profile

• Valid Category C or C1 licence with at least 2 years experience.
• Digital tachograph card and current CPC licence.
• HIAB licence is advantageous.
• Experience in local deliveries and good knowledge of the area.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
