Hospitality Trainer – Manchester Airport

About the role

As a Hospitality Trainer at Aspire Lounges, you will work on the bustling Manchester Airport terminal, delivering world‑class guest experiences through training and coaching. You will partner with the General Manager and the Regional Training Department to embed Aspire’s service standards across the lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom‑based and on‑the‑job training aligned with global and local Aspire standards.
• Lead structured induction programmes for new colleagues, covering brand values, service standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain full training compliance, ensuring mandatory and recurrent training is completed, recorded and audit‑ready.
• Update training systems and databases to reflect colleague progress and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Training Team to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Coach, mentor and provide in‑the‑moment feedback to improve performance and uphold high hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in travel and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in training, onboarding or coaching within a hospitality or service environment.
• Ability to work shift patterns, including unsociable hours.
