HR Business Partner – Global Quant Hedge Fund (up to £175k TC)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join the expanding London office of a multi‑billion‑dollar global quant hedge fund. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will own a broad range of HRBP activities, from building and upgrading HR infrastructure to leading the firm‑wide implementation of a new HRIS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR infrastructure build‑outs, upgrades and related project work.
• Lead the implementation of a new HRIS (Workday) across the organisation.
• Partner with corporate client groups including risk, technology, operations and sales.
• Drive improvements in performance‑management processes.
• Develop, communicate and enforce HR policies.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, training, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Provide strong stakeholder and project management support.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Experience in buy‑side or banking environments preferred; fin‑tech or non‑financial services also considered.
• Proven stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high‑visibility, fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) implementation and administration experience.
