About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to own core HR processes for a fast‑growing technology company. You will act as the first‑line advisor for line managers and employees, ensuring full compliance with UK employment legislation while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and staff.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
- Lead and contribute to key people initiatives and projects.
- Develop and nurture effective relationships across the business.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR Operations or as an HR Coordinator.
- Working knowledge of employee relations.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
- Relevant university degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
