HVAC Technician – Commercial Facilities

Key responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities.
• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Fault‑find, service and repair a variety of building systems.
• Ensure all work meets the highest safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Recognised mechanical qualification or apprenticeship.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial environment.
• Desirable experience with BMS, IPAF or PASMA equipment.
