Hybrid Mortgage Advisor – High Earnings in Manchester

About the role

This hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position combines office‑based work in Manchester City Centre and Salford Quays with flexible remote days. You will work with a high‑volume mortgage desk, receive quality estate‑agency leads and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver whole‑of‑market mortgage advice to clients via face‑to‑face, phone or virtual appointments.
• Convert 5–8 qualified leads per week and manage 20–25 mortgage appointments per month.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate‑agency teams and introducers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline to maximise conversions and achieve monthly sign‑up targets.
• Ensure full FCA compliance and high‑quality customer outcomes.
