IAM Consultant – London

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join its Security Consulting team in London. You will design, implement and maintain identity governance solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive Identity and Access Governance (IAG) strategies, including RBAC and ABAC models.
• Develop architecture for identity management, authentication, authorization and privilege management.
• Create and manage workflows for user provisioning, de‑provisioning, access requests, approvals and certifications.
• Collaborate with software development and IT teams to integrate IAG solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX and other relevant regulations, conducting risk assessments and maintaining audit trails.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross‑functional teams throughout solution delivery.

Required profile

• Mid‑level specialist with proven experience in IAM/IAG implementations.
• Strong understanding of security policies, regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to work closely with security, IT and business stakeholders.
