Independent Financial Adviser – London (Hybrid)

About the role

Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join its London office. The role offers a hybrid working model, a competitive salary package and the chance to inherit a high‑quality client bank while benefiting from strong internal lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Generate new business from internally sourced leads.
• Attend client meetings across London and surrounding areas.
• Identify and implement planning opportunities to grow assets under management.
• Collaborate with paraplanning and administration teams to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and holistic financial planning.
