Inside Sales Executive – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Inside Sales Executive who speaks French to drive sales growth across EMEA. This phone‑led position focuses on generating, qualifying and converting B2B leads, re‑engaging dormant customers and building a robust pipeline for the VP Sales – EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across key European markets.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, existing customers and dormant accounts.
• Use phone, email, CRM and LinkedIn to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Support win‑back and customer re‑activation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Travel up to one month per quarter for face‑to‑face meetings.

Required profile

• Resilient, thick‑skinned and comfortable handling rejection.
• Proactive, organised and able to work at a fast pace.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Fluent French; Italian or German is a strong advantage.
