Integrated Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Demand Planner to join Co‑op’s food‑to‑go team. Working closely with key supplier partners, you will ensure the right products are available for our members while balancing waste, profitability and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of product ranges, including new launches and changes.
• Optimise availability and profitability through accurate forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams on promotions, displays and seasonal uplifts.
• Oversee direct‑to‑store and depot‑to‑store supply routes.
• Adapt plans to seasonality, weather and demand fluctuations.
• Lead supplier collaboration, communicating forecasts, risks and assumptions.
• Maintain forecast accuracy by managing sales history and capacity‑aware planning.
• Ensure high data integrity in SAP and champion continuous improvement and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain or account‑based planning.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to change.
• Collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
