Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner

About the role

This is a six‑month interim opportunity with a global charity, supporting its finance team to strengthen long‑term financial resilience. The role is hybrid, with 1‑2 days a week in a central London office and the remainder remote.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a network of affiliated organisations to improve financial sustainability.
  • Partner with senior non‑financial stakeholders to analyse financials and KPIs, turning insights into profit‑maximising decisions.
  • Establish and embed commercial KPIs, enhancing operational and financial data systems.
  • Support the creation and testing of forecast and budget templates.

Required profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a finance business partner, comfortable with regular change.
  • Experience in commercial finance and, preferably, the charity sector.
