Interim Finance Manager (NetSuite) – West London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed logistics storage business in West London for an initial three‑month assignment. The role is highly hands‑on, focusing on month‑end close, management accounts and core financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the month‑end close process.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Produce financial reporting and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
• Review P&L performance, investigate variances and provide meaningful commentary.
• Support the business with financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Ensure robust financial controls and data integrity throughout the reporting process.
• Work closely with the wider finance team to deliver a smooth month‑end.
• Operate effectively in a demanding PE‑backed environment where deadlines and accuracy are critical.

Required profile

• Proven interim finance manager with a hands‑on approach.
• Strong experience delivering month‑end and management accounts.
• Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Available to work three days per week on‑site in West London.
