About the Role
Join Rexel, a global leader in the distribution of electrical and energy-efficient products and services, as an Internal Sales Representative at our Glasgow branch. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key driver for business growth by managing existing client accounts and identifying new market opportunities to achieve branch objectives.
Main Missions
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage and grow an active portfolio of existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new leads into profitable business accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, understanding their specific needs and building trust.
- Collaborate closely with the branch team, including the trade counter and order preparation staff, to ensure seamless operations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a highly competitive, customer-oriented environment.
- Strong ability to work autonomously while remaining a proactive team player.
- Comfortable with both face-to-face sales and high-volume telephone engagement.
- Ability to thrive and maintain high standards under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a natural drive to exceed sales targets.
