International Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Commerce (French Speaking)

About the role

Whatnot is building the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. We are looking for a senior manager to shape post‑purchase strategy and operations for our commerce ecosystem, working closely with product, engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategy for post‑purchase operations, ensuring scalable, high‑quality experiences for buyers and sellers.
• Translate operational data and user insights into roadmaps, priorities and initiatives that improve speed, quality and scalability.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from definition through execution, maintaining alignment, accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems and operating models that support rapid growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, delivering data‑driven recommendations and trade‑off analyses.
• Continuously assess operational performance and identify opportunities to boost efficiency, resilience and user experience.
• Work from a London or Dublin hub, with commuting distance required.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles such as consulting, finance, general management or operations.
• Proven track record developing and executing strategies that enable scalable, high‑quality operations in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Comfortable figuring things out on the fly, biased toward action, and curious about the product and its users.
