Investment & Wealth Adviser (Hybrid, £60‑80k)

About the role

Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced Investment & Wealth Adviser to join its fast‑growing wealth management team in London. This client‑facing, commercially driven role focuses on converting inbound leads generated by the firm’s marketing activities into long‑term advisory relationships and assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and schedule discovery meetings.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to assess client objectives, suitability and risk appetite.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, ISAs, retirement and tax‑efficient strategies.
• Convert prospects into assets under management by presenting clear investment strategies and portfolio construction.
• Maintain accurate client records, suitability reports and CRM data in line with FCA and Consumer Duty standards.
• Collaborate with paraplanning, administration and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment and wealth advisory within a regulated environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of converting leads into lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Commitment to compliance, ethical standards and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction and market behaviour.
• Understanding of pension schemes, ISAs, retirement planning and tax‑efficient investment strategies.
• Ability to produce compliant suitability reports and maintain detailed client documentation.
