Investor Relations Analyst – 14-18 month FTC in London

About the role

This fixed‑term position supports a leading global private markets firm during an intensive fundraising period. You will work closely with the London Investor Relations team to manage end‑to‑end fundraising projects and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective limited partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IR team on fundraising project management and diligence processes for current and future funds.
• Coordinate LP due‑diligence requests, maintaining trackers and file structures to ensure timely completion.
• Manage the data room, creating and organising documents for investor review.
• Take ownership of presentation materials, including marketing teasers and investor content.
• Develop investor diligence documents and Excel templates with support from internal teams.
• Craft clear, thoughtful responses to investor queries, leveraging a solid understanding of private‑equity models.

Required profile

• Experience in an investor relations or project‑management role within private markets or a placement agent.
• Excellent written English and strong presentation skills.
• Strong numeracy and ability to grasp financial concepts.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understanding of private‑equity fundraising is advantageous.
