IT Support Analyst / Engineer – 1-Month Rolling Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst / Engineer to join a large, well‑known organisation on a 1‑month rolling contract. The role is based in Solihull and requires full‑time onsite presence, supporting a wide range of Windows and Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows desktops and laptops.
• Assist with rollout, deployment and configuration of hardware devices.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft services such as Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Maintain and support SCCM infrastructure and related deployment processes.
• Deliver timely and professional customer service to internal users.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar 1st/2nd line IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities.
