IT Systems Engineer – London Stadium

About the role

London Stadium is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support its IT operations across the venue and affiliated companies. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, providing high‑quality service to staff, contractors, event organisers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate IT support for hardware and software enquiries, ensuring a professional service level.
• Deliver event‑day IT support and assurance for Premier League football, concerts and other large‑scale events.
• Support conference, meeting and stakeholder activities with reliable IT services.
• Manage, configure and maintain key network infrastructure and systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with event organisers and stakeholders.
• Implement processes and operational solutions for efficient, safe and high‑quality operations.
• Support and troubleshoot the turnstile access control system (Fortress GB), escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Organised IT professional with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a busy IT environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including event organisers and internal teams.
