Junior Account Manager – Newcastle

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a fast‑growing market research and insights business in Newcastle. This entry‑level position is ideal for graduates or early‑career professionals who enjoy client interaction, problem‑solving and supporting research projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers in managing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines and next steps.
• Support research projects from brief development through delivery, coordinating tasks with internal research and operations teams.
• Help prepare questionnaires, briefing documents and insight summaries.
• Maintain accurate project records and contribute to reporting and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Curious about how businesses make decisions and comfortable asking questions.
• A degree in any discipline.
