Junior Designer – Apparel

About the role

LeMieux is looking for a passionate Junior Designer to support its apparel line. You will work across multiple product categories, gaining hands‑on experience from concept through to production. This is an ideal entry‑level position for someone eager to develop a versatile design skill set within a fast‑growing equestrian and lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop products that meet customer needs.
• Own the design process for assigned categories, from initial concept to production sign‑off.
• Manage timelines and ensure delivery against the critical path.
• Apply commercial insight when shaping designs and bringing products to market.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all design stages.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and materials for client and sign‑off meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a designer in a clothing‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in the equestrian sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
