Junior Digital Marketing Manager – SaaS (Remote, Greater London)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online growth of a cutting‑edge Data Lifecycle Management and Observability SaaS platform. The role is remote‑first, serving the Greater London area, and focuses on building, executing, and continuously improving the digital marketing presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage SEO, PPC, social, email, and content campaigns.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and optimise for ROI.
• Oversee keyword strategy, content planning and on‑page SEO.
• Maintain social media calendars, engagement and community growth.
• Update website, run CRO tests and improve user journeys.
• Allocate and monitor digital marketing spend.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawl optimisation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to link organic performance to revenue.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders in a group/holding company structure.

Required skills

• SEO tooling: Ahrefs, SEMrush (or equivalent), Google Search Console, GA4.
• Experience with AEO and GEO frameworks for AI‑powered search.
• Hands‑on with Lovable AI website builder.
• WordPress theme management, plugin ecosystem and performance optimisation.
• Technical SEO techniques: schema markup, log‑file analysis, Core Web Vitals.
