Junior Research Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Research Assistant to join our remote team. The role supports ongoing research projects through literature reviews, data collection, and basic analysis, providing a solid foundation for a career in research or academia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and summarise key findings.
• Assist in designing and implementing research studies and experiments.
• Collect, clean, and organise qualitative and quantitative data.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
• Support data analysis and interpretation under supervision.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and research standards.
• Coordinate with team members and assist with project logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
