Junior Software Engineer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech and crypto technology company seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work on modern backend systems, solve complex technical challenges, and support a 24/7 global trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance internal applications and user interfaces using Rust, C++ and .NET.
• Provide production support for 24/7 global operations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on new technologies, system improvements and best practices.
• Participate in an agile, autonomous, and international engineering team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with Rust or C++ (object‑oriented programming is a plus).
• Exposure to low‑latency protocols and familiarity with .NET.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Strong interest in financial markets, blockchain technologies and clean, maintainable code.
