Key Account Manager – Intellectual Property Solutions (French Speaker)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing intellectual property technology company seeking a French‑speaking Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in London or Paris. You will act as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise clients across Europe, helping them maximise the value of their IP, patent and innovation data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Build senior‑level relationships with legal, IP and innovation teams.
• Identify and drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and customer‑success teams to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
• Support commercial growth in French‑speaking markets and act as a market advocate within the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, client success or enterprise sales.
• Background in intellectual property, patent analytics, legal technology or innovation ecosystems.
• Fluent French (business level essential; native preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with multinational clients.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
