About the role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to join the team at Hale Country Club & Spa. The successful candidate will support the kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment that contributes to memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Basic food preparation and vegetable preparation.
- Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas.
- Unloading and storing deliveries correctly.
- Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
- Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably within a luxury establishment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.
- Strong work ethic, communication, time‑management and critical‑thinking abilities.
