About the role

Join the kitchen team at Premier Inn Manchester Central and help prepare, cook and serve delicious meals for our guests. This full‑time, permanent position offers an immediate start and no prior chef experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking a variety of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Serve meals promptly to hotel guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the team during busy periods and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and reliable with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours across five days a week.
• Commitment to health and safety and food hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
