Labourer – Non‑Mechanical Division

Ready to join the best team in the industry and make a real impact? We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high‑performing Non‑Mechanical Division. You will help keep our depot running smoothly and safely, supporting customers across construction, utilities and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy and hazard‑free workshop and yard.
• Clean equipment and store it in an orderly fashion.
• Quality‑check equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure it is hire‑ready.
• Assist with general workshop duties as required.
• Carry out driving duties (subject to licence) and help drivers and customers with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Operate a forklift when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a labourer role, ideally within a hire depot or yard environment.
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• CSCS card, forklift licence and driving licence are advantageous.
