Late Shift Attendant

About the role

Join the Kimpton Charlotte Square team as a Late Shift Attendant, providing exceptional service during the evening hours. You will work in a vibrant hotel environment, ensuring guest areas are clean, welcoming, and ready for overnight guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, corridors, and guest rooms during the shift (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm).
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide a warm, authentic hospitality experience.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Support flexible duties across different hotel zones as needed.

Required profile

• Availability to work evenings, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong commitment to guest service.
• Flexibility to assist in various hotel areas.
