Lecturer in Business and Entrepreneurship

About the role

Global Banking School, in partnership with Oxford Brookes University, is seeking a Lecturer to join its BA (Hons) Global Business and Entrepreneurship programme. The role involves delivering undergraduate modules across a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
• Develop, update, and improve course materials for business and entrepreneurship subjects.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage diverse learners.
• Participate in staff development activities, peer observations, and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate student records and reporting.

Required profile

• Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business‑related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management, business planning, financial management, strategic management, or entrepreneurial processes.
• Experience supervising student work and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
