About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer to join our BA (Hons) Global Business Management programme, delivered in partnership with the University of Suffolk. The role involves teaching across undergraduate levels with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
- Develop, update, and improve course materials and teaching resources.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage diverse learners.
- Participate in staff development activities, peer observations, and departmental meetings.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to supervise student work.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage workload independently.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; focus is on academic teaching and curriculum development.
